Unsere Arbeit beginnt beim Thema. Für jedes Anliegen entwickeln wir die Form, die seinem Inhalt, seiner politischen Relevanz und seinem Publikum am besten entspricht. Genau darin liegt unsere Stärke: Formate, die inhaltlich präzise, strategisch stimmig und audiovisuell überzeugend sind.
Wir erzählen aus den Lebensrealitäten der Menschen heraus – nah an ihrem Alltag, ihren Erfahrungen und den gesellschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, die sie prägen. So entstehen Arbeiten, die an konkreten Wirklichkeiten ansetzen und politische Inhalte zugänglich machen.
Mögliche Formate reichen von Dokumentarfilmen, Reportagen und Porträts über Social-Media Formate, Kampagnen, strategischer Medienarbeit sowie Diskussions- und Interviewformate bis hin zu Netzwerkveranstaltungen, Audioformaten und Fotografie.

Wir arbeiten mit Partner*innen aus Politik, Zivilgesellschaft, Kultur, Medien und sozialen Initiativen zusammen, die an gesellschaftspolitisch relevanten Themen arbeiten und etwas bewegen wollen. Dazu zählen NGOs, Stiftungen, kulturelle Institutionen, Redaktionen, Initiativen, Unternehmen mit gesellschaftlicher Verantwortung sowie politische Akteur*innen.
Maßgeblich sind für uns gemeinsame Werte, gesellschaftliche Relevanz, ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang mit komplexen Themen und der Anspruch, mit medialer Arbeit tatsächliche Wirkung zu entfalten.
