YARA KHALIL
Yara Khalil is a Berlin-based director whose work bridges documentary storytelling, feminist perspectives, and political media production across Germany, Europe, and the MENA region.
She began her career working between Syria and Turkey as a journalist and radio host for Newroz Radio, focusing heavily on political issues and women’s rights. Yara holds a degree in Directing and Documentary Filmmaking from the Film University Babelsberg Konrad Wolf.

CAROLIN HAUKE
Visual concept development, cinematography, production, technical direction and project execution.
Carolin Hauke blends socially engaged storytelling with a visual language that makes complex realities accessible and engaging. Her versatile portfolio spans documentary, journalistic narrative, and advocacy-driven media, alongside creative photography.
After earning her initial degree in Audiovisual Media from the Beuth University of Applied Sciences Berlin, Carolin went on to complete both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Cinematography at the Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF. She is also a fellow of the NOISE* EXIST-Women program, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) and the European Social Fund (ESF).
